1. You break it, you've bought it. This means the laws of James the First, where Philosophorum currently is, and the laws of wherever you may be. Philosophorum regrets being unable to make any exceptions to this rule.
2. This is the Internet and so potentially anyone can read what you say. They include but are not limited to, your (past) sexual partner(s), your parent(s)-in-law(-to-be), the police, search engines, and extraterrestrials. Many other members will no doubt be delighted to critically appraise the artistic aspects of any erotic depictions of young children, or be frozen to their screens reading your grotesquely morbid autobiography; but see also rule 1.
3. Philosophorum will not be held responsible in any way for any offensive or criminal nature of the content of other websites, even if Philosophorum hyperlinks to them or appears to endorse them in any other way.
4. The owner of Philosophorum appoints Himself by His own Powers to exercise any and all action on Philosophorum at His own discretion where He deems so necessary. To avoid offending His Holiness resulting in termination and damnation from Philosophorum, you should observe the common rules for Internet postings, such as not spamming or being a dick in general. His appointed Administrators are also to be regarded as Demi-Gods, and individual forum Moderators as Minor Demons in their own capacities.
