well, Blair DID admit during the recent Iraq inquiry that an invasion would have happened independent of WMD + that the main goal was to "take out Saddam"

Yes, I've seen Blair's latest comments, but I'm not sure the US Congress, would have financed US operation, just to remove Hussein, especially in 2003, the time frame my comments are based around.
